Flamboyant Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Flamboyant”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides digital transformation, ERP implementation, cloud, AI, and managed services — including products such as TapReserve.AI — to enterprises across Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Distribution. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, engage us as a customer or partner, or use our products and services, and how that information is handled.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to visitors of www.fbts.in and related sub-domains, prospective and existing customers, partners, suppliers, job applicants, and end users of solutions built or operated by Flamboyant. For solutions we implement on behalf of a customer (for example, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP deployment hosted on the customer’s tenant), the customer is the data controller and Flamboyant acts as a data processor under their instructions.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact & business information you submit through forms, email, or meetings — name, company, role, email, phone, country, and the content of your inquiry.
  • Engagement information required to deliver services — contracts, statements of work, project correspondence, billing and tax details.
  • Product & usage data from products like TapReserve.AI — account identifiers, configuration, reservations, transaction metadata, logs, and diagnostic events.
  • Recruitment data if you apply for a role — CV, qualifications, work history, and references.
  • Technical data when you visit our website — IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referrer, and cookie identifiers.
  • Customer data processed on behalf of clients during implementation, support, or managed-services engagements, strictly under the customer’s instructions and the signed agreement.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries, proposals, and partnership requests.
  • To deliver, configure, support, and improve our services and products.
  • To manage contracts, invoicing, accounting, and statutory compliance.
  • To send relevant business communications, event invitations, and product updates (you can opt out at any time).
  • To evaluate job applications and manage recruitment.
  • To maintain security, prevent fraud, and protect our systems and customers.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, and audit obligations applicable to our business.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the jurisdiction (including India’s DPDP Act, 2023, the UAE’s PDPL, and the EU/UK GDPR where applicable), we rely on one or more of the following: your consent, performance of a contract with you, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and growing our business in a balanced way.

5. Cookies & analytics

Our website uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking certain cookies may affect site functionality.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

  • Technology partners required to deliver contracted services (for example, Microsoft, SAP, and cloud or hosting providers), under their own enterprise terms.
  • Sub-processors we engage for hosting, communications, analytics, and support, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • Professional advisors such as auditors, legal counsel, and bankers, where necessary.
  • Authorities when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
  • Successors in the event of a corporate reorganisation, merger, or acquisition, subject to equivalent privacy commitments.

7. International transfers

Flamboyant operates from India and the UAE and may process information in other countries where our cloud providers or customers operate. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards — including standard contractual clauses and equivalent contractual protections — for cross-border transfers.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with statutory retention requirements (tax, accounting, employment), and to defend or assert legal claims. Customer data processed on a client’s behalf is retained and deleted in line with the signed services agreement.

9. Security

We follow industry-recognised practices including role-based access control, least-privilege principles, encryption in transit, secure software development, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring. While no system can be guaranteed completely secure, we work continuously to safeguard the information entrusted to us.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or erase your personal information, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, request portability, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. If your data is processed by Flamboyant on behalf of a customer, please direct your request to that customer; we will support them in responding.

11. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technologies, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it was most recently revised.
